All sales are final unless a mistake is made in a listing. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, I’m happy to send additional photos or information to help confirm your selection.
All intellectual property rights in the Artwork remain the property of the Artist.
Purchasing Artwork does not grant any rights or licenses to reproduce, distribute, or display the Artwork for commercial purposes without the Artist's express permission
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Artist may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including but not limited to when Users visit the Platform, register on the Platform, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form.
Personal identification information may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information.
The Artist will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly.
All paintings smaller than 36” x 36” will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. All paintings larger than 36” x 36” will be rolled in a shipping tube unless otherwise specified. All larger paintings that are not rolled will have a separate invoice.
The Artist is not responsible for delays or damages incurred during shipping.
